Kye Prigg
Kye Prigg serves as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Operations. His team is responsible for the plan, build and run functions of the network, operations planning and strategy. The Enterprise Operations team enables exceptional customer experience throughout every part of the customer journey.
Kye has an extensive telecommunications and operations background, with 30 years of global experience. He is an expert in network and cultural transformations for large organisations. He has successfully led award‑winning wireline and wireless teams responsible for the planning, design, deployment, performance and operations of national mobile, enterprise and consumer fixed networks.
Prior to joining Lumen, Kye served as Senior Vice President (SVP) Access Networks and Operations for Rogers Communications. He also held senior leadership roles at Vodafone, Softbank and Ericsson, in multiple countries.
Kye is a strong believer in collaboration, communication and building exceptional teams to drive outstanding business results. He is an advocate for simplifying the complex, enabling continuous improvement and using data‑driven methods to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
Kye graduated from Cable and Wireless group Telecommunications College where he studied Electrical Engineering.
