The mission of the Federal and SLED procurement organisations is to provide procurement and subcontract support for Federal, State, Local and Education agencies/customers. In doing so, Lumen fully supports its Small Business Programme initiatives.

All procurement activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, recognised standards of business conduct, the Lumen compliance programme and the expectations of our Federal and SLED customers via contractual and/or flow down requirements.
