Wes Gibson serves as Executive Vice President of Mass Markets. His team is responsible for the full P&L and all functions of the Mass Markets segment at Lumen, including capital allocation, network planning, engineering, construction, operations, service delivery, sales, marketing, customer experience, information technology and strategy.

Wes has over 20 years of telecommunications experience, serving Lumen in various leadership roles including Vice President, Global Financial Planning and Analysis, Chief Marketing Officer, Consumer and Senior Vice President for Sales, Marketing and Operations for Mass Markets.

Wes holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
