Signing in to the LSR/CSR Online portal
To port phone numbers from SPID 7343 (legacy Global Crossing), you must first sign in to the LSR/CSR online portal. Once you sign in, you can create local service requests (LSRs) and requests for customer service records (CSRs). After you sign in, you can also change your password or update your profile as needed.
To sign in to the LSR/CSR Online portal:
- Open a browser and go to tpp.level3.com/Login.aspx.
- Type your username and password, then click Log in.
