Signing in to Control Center

To access a list of your Lumen services or to manage them online, you must first sign in to Control Center.

If you need to manage security services, security repair tickets, security change requests, or need to access NaaS Manager, you must sign in with two-factor authentication (also known as 2FA). To sign in with two-factor authentication, you need an authenticator app set up on your computer or mobile device.

1. Type your username, then click NEXT.
   

1. Type your password, then click SIGN IN.
   

1. If your user profile requires two‑factor authentication, open the authenticator app you set up for Control Center, type or copy the one‑time code from the authenticator app into the Verification Code field, then click CONTINUE.
   
   Control Center signs you in and shows the homepage. Control Center remembers the one‑time code for 12 hours, so if you sign out and sign back in again, you will only have to enter your username and password.
