This course provides training on the service ordering and billing processes. Class participants will use the CenturyLink Networx Portal to navigate price quotes, order entry, and general reporting procedures. DAR training will address both the Universal and Enterprise Contracts:

Networx functionality
Creating price quotes
Utilizing bulk orders
Placing service requests
Adding, terminating, or changing service requests
Tracking service requests through the order process
Identifying the steps and notifications in the order process
Identifying the billing process components
Using customer service to initiate billing disputes
Creating Ad Hoc reports
